At Rock and Soul Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous tracking barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
