How are records packaged for shipping?
All vinyl is shipped in specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers with reinforced corners and bubble wrap to prevent sleeve damage and warping during transit.
What is your return policy on opened electronics?
Turntables and speakers can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened electronics are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the unit is found to be defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our records and audio gear worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.
How do you grade the condition of your used vinyl?
We use the industry-standard Goldmine Grading System. Every record is visually inspected and play-tested to ensure the quality matches the description on the product page.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
